Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026
Template notice. This policy is a starting draft prepared for FLX Florida. Because registration collects information about minors, please have it reviewed by a qualified attorney and confirm it reflects your actual data practices before publishing or running ads.

FLX Florida ("FLX," "we," "us") operates this website to let parents and guardians register players for our baseball camp and travel ball tryouts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

When you register a player, we collect the information you enter into our registration form, which may include:

Children's Information

Player details are submitted by a parent or guardian, not by the child. We collect a child's information only to operate the camp or tryout the parent registered for (rosters, safety, check-in, and medical awareness). We do not sell children's information or use it for advertising. A parent or guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Square. FLX does not collect or store credit or debit card numbers. Card details are entered on Square's secure checkout and handled under Square's privacy policy.

How We Use Information

How Information Is Stored and Shared

Registration submissions are stored through our website host and are accessible only to authorized FLX staff. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run FLX (such as our website host and Square) or when required by law. Medical and emergency notes are used solely for player safety and are never displayed publicly.

Your Choices

You may contact us to review, update, or delete the information associated with your registration. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
